INTENTIONAL WALKS - MOVING MEDITATION

The process of Healing, just like walking, is a progressive process, acheived step-by step. By setting out on an intentional walk, each step you take helps build stability and safety in your life. The Earth's magnetic force and the forward motion promote this. Each rock, twig, plant or insect encountered on your path has a message to give you. Pay attention and listen to your heart ๐Ÿ™ Throughout your walk try maintain mindful of each step, keeping your intention in mind, align your posture and breathe deeply. In choosing the location for your walk I strongly recommend a preparatory meditation, walking around a lake, through the forest and on Earth's surface. Stops may be made wherever and whenever your Soul calls for it
